Our teaching methodology is science-based and aims for the teaching of knowledge and skills in a way that it is easy to implement in everday life.
Our modules are designed to maximize opportunity for the application of theoretical knowledge to everyday practical situations. We strongly believe in our teaching methods as the real test of Social Skills Mastery is the ability to adjust to human reactions in real life situations.
Our students learn to understand the reasons for human behavior and why people react in the way they do. This gives them the ability to predict and lead the behavior of others as well as adjusting their own.

Our Vision

Our mission is to train the Future Leaders in an environment of growth and success.
The ability to perform at the best, to reach the peak performance when it is needed, is seen as key skills of the most successful people of history. Our hands-on training programs offer a toolbox of knowledge and skills designed to reach the top performance and to excel.
Children between the age of seven and fourteen years are facing huge changes: the first schools years, first grades, first presentations to hold, maybe even the first rejections. This period of lifetime is seen as crucial for building up self-esteem, resilience and self love.
Besides our one year ADHD Support Program we are offering the Public Speaking Coaching Program, the High Performance Coaching Program as well as the ISSA Resilience Program.
If you want your children to get outstanding education the ISSA might be of great interest for you. We offer trainings in Social Skills, Leadership, Presentation Skills as well as a one year ADHD Coaching Program.

In our Stress Management Program we show teachers how to overcome stressful situations, which tools modern psychology is offering for faster recovery and what can be done for a better Work-Life-Balance.

Teaching the LEADERS OF THE FUTURE
Hard skills, for example knowledge in engineering, programing or business management are often content specific. In order to work with or lead teams, manage stress and communicate with others a combination of soft skills are demanded. Social Skills are seen as a combination of skills that are required to work in or lead teams, to communicate with others, to deal with stress, to deliver engaging presentations, to overcome fear and to deal with obstacles.

Learn soft skills and acquire an advantage in the hyper-competitive markets of today.
The ADHD Mentoring Program is designed to offer our students confidence in meeting their ADHD challenges. It shows techniques to organize thoughts, life and relationships as well as minimize distractions. The ADHD Mentoring Program provides exercises to cure ADHD symptoms over time. It provides a year Mentoring Program offering courses off- and online and training in China and in Europe.
Children and teenagers are facing different kinds of stress. Our Stress Management Program helps our students to remain focused and to reduce stress when needed.
Leading Groups and Teams is seen as essential for highly successful people.

The program „High Performance Habits“ will provide our students with the knowledge of High Performers as well as with to tools of Coaching and Neuro-linguistic Programming aiming for their highest performance during exams, interviews or competitions in different sports.
Public speaking is the act of giving a speech or presentation to a live audience with the aim to inform, persuade, motivate or entertain.
Around 75% of all people cite public speaking as one of their biggest fears. Practice teaches our students to speak in front of groups and engage the audience. Being a good speaker is often crucial for leadership positions in the world of business and private life.
Professional speakers combine critical thinking, a well-organized narrative, reasoning to help communicate his or her ideas.

THE INTERNATIONAL SOCIAL SKILLS ACADEMY OFFERS FOLLOWING PROGRAMS:
ELITE Program
Our 12-day Elite Program held in one European city (Vienna, Budapest, Paris, Rome, London) provides advanced knowledge in the fields of Communication, Intercultural Intelligence, Presentation Skills, Interview Training, Group Dynamics and Leadership Skills.
ADHD Mentoring Program
We offer a year’s ADHD Mentoring Program, which supports children and teenagers to keep focus, not give up and control their emotions. It is designed as an online and offline program with integrated study weeks, exercises and sporting activities.
LEAD Program
A program designed to offer important knowledge and skills in Communication, Group Dynamics, Problem Solving and Stress Management.
Anti-Conflict Parenting
Especially designed for parents who want to avoid conflicts with their teenagers. The 1,5 days training program offers an introduction in conflict resolution strategies and coaching skills.
