How the courses are structured
Each webinar gives strategies and knowledge that are easy to implement for everybody. To maximize the learning effects of the webinars we keep the groups small (less the 15 participants) and offer special webinars for the age groups 8-13 years and 14-18 years. The psychological based teaching methodologies emphasizes our students to reflect on the own behavior and to try out the knowledge immediately. Free Q&A sessions at the end of each session add further value to the webinars.
